Return or Switch Nopa Move Parts
Step 1: Notify us
If any part of your Nopa Move bottle is broken or you wish to switch it for a discount, let us know! For your first return, reach out to our customer support on Zalo by sending a message to our dedicated support account. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Step 2: Pickup round schedule
Our customer support team on Zalo will guide you through the process. We've streamlined our service for your convenience. Check when is our next pickup round schedule, which is organized a couple of days a week in major cities, with our customer support.
Step 3: Notify us for pickup
Once you identify a suitable Pickup Round day, inform our support team on Zalo. They will assist you in coordinating the pickup details. During this step, you will need to provide your Noper ID: a unique series of numbers. This series of numbers will be communicated securely to Nopa when coordinating the pickup so that we can identify it when the part is delivered to our team.
Step 4: Scheduled pickup
On the scheduled Pickup Round day, we will arrange a pickup at your location to collect the broken Nopa Move parts. Ensure the parts are securely packaged and ready for pickup.
Step 5: Nopa Move discount
Once the pickup is completed, we will be notified. As a thank you for your commitment to sustainability, we will provide you with a discount code that you can use for a replacement or any future purchase on our platform.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Replacement
Use the provided discount code to order replacement parts for your Nopa Move bottle or explore our products. Enjoy your refreshed Nopa Move experience!
