Shipping policy
Delivery Time:
- We strive for swift processing, typically 1-3 business days. Exceptions may apply during Tet, Christmas, or other global holidays.
- Expect variations in delivery times during peak seasons, major holidays, and location differences. Saigon areas enjoy faster delivery, while countryside deliveries may take longer.
Shipping Fee:
- Our shipping fee calculation is mostly based on shipping distance and volume.
- Orders above 800,000 VND qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping fees within Ho-Chi-Minh City and in Ho-Chi-Minh City area may differ from areas across Vietnam.
- For orders exceeding 9 bottles, customers are requested to contact us directly to define the shipping fee.
Order Tracking:
- Aside from confirmation emails, additional tracking details can be accessed on our partnered shipping platforms; details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
- For any concerns or questions regarding shipping status, customers can first contact the shipping company. If needed, our dedicated Nopa support team is ready to assist.
Delivery Address:
- Customers are responsible for accurate address input during the ordering process.
- In cases of inaccurate or incomplete addresses, the Nopa support team will be able to update the address during processing. After processing, our shipping partner will reach out to customers directly.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
- Orders are processed within 3 days. Modification requests within this timeframe will be accommodated.
- If cancellation is not possible, customers can return the product within 20 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
