Returns and Exchanges
At Nopa Move, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find yourself dissatisfied with a product, you may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- Retain the purchase receipt or order information.
- This apply to both parts and full Nopa Move bottles.
- In case of a manufacturing defect on a Nopa Move part, we commit to replacing that particular part without replacing the whole product.
Customized Products (Printed Core)
Printed cores are considered customized products and may not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. Customers should consult with our team to discuss any issues that may qualify for a refund.
2. Return and Exchange Period:
- You may request a return or exchange within 20 days from the date of receiving the product.

3. Step 1: Contact Us
Through Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, or email at we@saynopa.com to notify us of your intention to return or exchange.
4. Step 2: Send the Product Back
Upon confirmation, the address for returning the product will be provided by our customer support service.
5. Step 3: Inspection and Refund
After inspecting and confirming the product's condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through transfer to the original payment account within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
