The problem is never motivation. It is infrastructure.

Every sustainability campaign we see asks people to try harder. Sacrifice more. Feel guiltier. And it's not working. It's not that people don't care, but the world around them makes the right choice the hardest one.

We started asking a different question: what if the problem isn't the person but the system they're living in?

That question became NOPA.

HOW IT STARTED

Started with two. Grew into a team. Still the same question.

Mai studied behaviour. Pierre designed services. We met in Saigon and kept coming back to the same question. Why do people who genuinely want to live better keep failing to?

Not for lack of wanting. Every cafés hand them a plastic cup. Every offices order in single-use. Every wellness resolution is gone by week two because nothing around them made it easy to keep.

We started with that friction. And asked what it would take to remove it.

The first answer was simple. A reusable bottle with a chip inside, that make Reuse rewarding. The Nopa Move.

One habit. One city. One partner at a time.

WHAT WE BUILT

Redefining Sustainability one sip at a time

NOPA is a curated network of 100+ sustainable lifestyle partners across Ho Chi Minh City. Employees access it through a physical NFC token: a bottle or bracelet worn daily and that unlocks discounts, rewards, and experiences at every partner location.

For companies, it's an employee benefit that generates real Impact data. For employees, it's a lifestyle upgrade they actually use. The token is the habit cue. The network is the infrastructure. The habit forms itself.
