Q: Why do you have "Concept Connoisseur" as your title?

A: I think it started off as a joke , we were looking for funny ways to illustrate our positions, Mai is 'Expert of none' because, as CEO, she has to touch on everything without being able to develop an expertise. For me it is more related to my attachment to creativity and branding role. There are few things I love more than diving into concepts for Nopa and thinking about how to bring its spirit to life

Q: What's the coolest thing about being the Brand Boss of Nopa?

A: The coolest thing is that Nopa's value for our customers resides in its experience and the Nopa brand is the essence of that experience. Nopa's spirit of playfulness, design and sustainability is what our Nopers love the most. Having a hand in building this relationship between our customers and our brand is fantastic.

Q: What makes Nopa stand out from the crowd in the sustainability space, and how do you plan to make the brand even more unique and awesome?

A: I think we enounce very clearly that we have ambitious goals in terms of impact. We want to be able to reduce single use plastic by stimulating the reuse behaviour. What makes us stand out from the crowd is how. It's all about the SIP. Switch. Repeat. First we are developing the first modularity experience in Vietnam that includes, as part of its service, the refurbishment, repair of the bottle. Second and the most important, we are not trying to build 'the most sustainable product', our value proposition is an outstanding functional and customisable bottle that looks like you and rewards you for using it. As for the future, can't tell much but we have a lot of ideas to get Nopers excited to use & reuse Nopa Move.

Q: If Nopa was a superhero, what would its superpower be?

A: Tough question. Nopa is more of a side-kick than the superhero. Our customers are the heroes. Nopa's spirit is about spreading happiness and smiles, giving people the little push to express themselves, to embrace a colorful world and, of course to reuse. So in short, Nopa gives you the energy to be a better version of yourself.
